Where we ship

Shipping is free to NL, BE, DE. We do not yet ship elsewhere as standard — message us first and we will quote you.

How long it takes

Delivered in 3–5 working days from the moment your payment clears. We pack by hand, so orders placed late in the day usually go out the next morning. You will get a tracking link as soon as the parcel is scanned.

Packaging

Woven shades travel in oversized boxes because they must not be compressed — a large pendant like Duna arrives in a carton far bigger than you expect. Travertine pieces are wrapped in foam; stone is heavy and chips if it moves.

If something goes wrong

Damaged in transit, or never arrived? Tell us within a few days of the delivery date and we will replace it or refund you. Keep the packaging if you can — the carrier sometimes asks for photos.
