Returns

Add the physical returns address once the warehouse or 3PL is settled, and confirm who pays return postage.

Fourteen days to decide

Under EU distance-selling rules you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason at all. You do not have to explain yourself to us.

How to return something

  1. Email [email protected] with your order reference.
  2. We send you the returns address and a form.
  3. Send the light back within 14 days of telling us, in its original packaging where possible.
  4. We refund you within 14 days of the light arriving back.

Condition

You are welcome to unpack a light and hold it up to see how it looks — that is what you would do in a shop. If it has been installed, marked or damaged beyond that, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.

Faulty or damaged

This is separate from changing your mind, and your rights last longer. Every light carries a two-year warranty. Send us a photo and we will replace or refund it — you will not be out of pocket for our mistake.
