Terms & conditions

Draft — not yet legally valid. This is scaffolding, not legal advice. Before selling, fill in the company details below (KVK number, VAT/BTW number, registered address) and have the text reviewed against Dutch and EU consumer law. See operations/legal.md.

1. Who we are

Casa Nimasa is a trading name of [legal entity name], registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under [KVK number], VAT/BTW [BTW number], at [registered address]. You can reach us at [email protected].

2. Scope

These terms apply to every offer we make and every contract between us and a consumer buying through casanimasa.com. By placing an order you accept them.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros and include Dutch VAT. Shipping costs, if any, are shown before you pay. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider; we never see or store your card details.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors. If a price was clearly wrong, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel.

4. Delivery

We aim to deliver within 14 days at the very latest and normally much sooner — see shipping. Risk passes to you on delivery.

5. Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. The procedure is set out on our returns page.

6. Conformity and warranty

Our lights carry a two-year warranty and must match their description. This does not affect your statutory rights, which are not limited by anything in these terms.

7. Safety

Our lights are intended for indoor use, on standard EU mains voltage, with a bulb no more powerful than stated on the product page. Mains installation should be carried out by a competent person. We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect installation or by exceeding the stated wattage.

8. Complaints and disputes

Tell us first — write to [email protected] and we will respond within 14 days. If we cannot resolve it, you may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform. Dutch law applies.
